Day 1: Cairo
Welcome to Cairo! Or as
the locals say in colloquial Arabic ‘ahlan
wasahlan fi el-kaheira’. Your amazing holiday
will start when you meet Starco’s
representative, who will assist you through the
airport’s checkout procedures. He will then
escort you to your hotel, at which point your
journey into the mysteries of Egypt begins.
Day 2: Cairo
A visit to the fascinating
Egyptian Museum of Antiquities is an
extraordinary experience not to be missed. Among
the ancient impressive artifacts you will admire
first-hand are: Tutankhamun’s elaborate
sarcophagus, the phenomenal treasures buried
with the pharaohs,and an optional visit to the
thrilling Mummies Room
Day 3: Cairo
At the plateau of Giza,
you will marvel at the view of Egypt’s
magnificent Pyramids.You will also witness the
magic and mystique of the remarkable Sphinx. And
in case you wish to see the oldest stone
building, all you have to do is continue on to
the distinctive sites of Memphis and Saqqarat
here, you will get the opportunity to explore
Saqqara's unique step Pyramid of King Zoser
Day 4: Cairo/Luxor
Fly to the city of
Luxor, where a floating hotel will cruise you
back in time to the mesmerizing sights of Upper
Egypt. Experience the East Bank’s colossal
sights of the breathtaking temples of Karnak and
Luxor
Day 5: Luxor / Edfu
A morning of superb
sightseeing begins when you cross the Nile to
the fascinating Valley of the Kings. Witness the
ancient tombs of pharaohs and the incredible
temple of Queen Hatshepsut before continuing to
the splendid Valley of the Queens and the
much-photographed Colossi of Memnon
Day 6: Kom Ombo /
Aswan
This day begins
with a glimpse of local village life before a
visit to the stunningly preserved Temple of
Horus in Edfu. Sail on to admire the superb
Temple of Kom Ombo – uniquely dedicated to two
gods Sobek and Haroeris
Day 7: Aswan
Marvel at the High Dam,
which is the largest rock filled dam in the
world. In its proximity is the grand unfinished
obelisk in the ancient quarries. Situated on the
river Nile is the romantic Temple of Philae that
awaits your visit. Sail a felucca around
Kitchener’s island on a tranquil afternoon and
muse at the stunning Agha Khan Mausoleum
Day 8: Aswan
It is now time to say
goodbye to the sacred Nile and journey beyond
the High Dam to a cruise on the impressive Lake
Nasser, in ancient Nubia. An exciting motorboat
excursion takes you to Egypt’s largest Roman
temple at Kalabsha and continues to the kiosk of
Kertassi and the beautiful Speos of Beit El Wali
Day 9: Aswan /
Wadi El Seboua
A relaxing full day on
board to enjoy the peaceful serenity of Lake
Nasser and the pampered service by the cruise
staff as the boat sails to her mooring at Wadi
El Seboua
Day 10: Wadi El
Seboua / Kasr Ibrim
Following your stroll
through the grand avenue of sphinxes (Wadi el
Seboua) you will be amazed by the remarkable
temple of Dakka. After sailing to Amada, you
will explore its temple, as it is the oldest
surviving monument overlooking Lake Nasser.
Also, view the delightful little tomb of Penout
and the temple of Derr with its well preserved
vivid scenes
Day 11: Kasr Ibrim
/ Abu Simbel
Wake up to the wondrous
site of Kasr Ibrim (Castle of Ibrim) with its
checkered past. At Abu Simbel, the highlight of
your Nubian journey, admire the grand temple of
Ramses and its smaller sister, yet sensational,
temple of Queen Nefertari. At night get carried
away by the magic of the stunning Sound & Light
show

Bid farewell to Nubia to
welcome back the fascinating and bustling city
of Cairo with its colorful mosaic of four
distinct cultures (Pharonic, Christian, Islamic&
Modern)
Day 13: Cairo
Discover the phenomenal
old Cairo (optional tour) including the famous
stunning Citadel with its fabulous Mosque and
the exciting Khan El Khalili Bazzar
Day 14: Cairo
