The Pavilion
Restaurant
In the main building, of the lobby, overlooks the garden, the swimming pool and the sea beyond. Serving buffet meals, especially for the breakfast and dinner, the pavilions light and airy restaurant with the latest in buffet equipment.
Ristorante Portofino
This restaurant also in the main building serves north Italian cuisine, with a show kitchen and all day dining to 1 a.m. In the summer the restaurant opens out on the terrace with a further 50 seats
The Promenade Café
Overlooking the beach and the sea, this unique indoor/outdoor restaurant will serve light meals during the day to the sum worshippers. In the evening it will serve seafood, Mediterranean style,with live music. A terrace surrounds the restaurants to increase the capacity by another 100 seats
The Purple Dolphin
A bar in the open area serving light snacks on the pool deck. In the summer evening the hotel resident band will play to both hotel guests and outsiders
The Palm Lounge
This multipurpose entertainment and function lounge is in the main building and on the winter evenings will have the resident band. Convertible into a function room it is ideal for meetings and banquets

Oasis Lounge
Located in the lobby all day lounge and bar invites the patron to relax and watch the world go by while enjoying hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, cakes and ice-cream.
Beachcomber Bar
In the middle of the beach guests will find an informal outdoor bar. Watch the surfers and beach volleyball; enjoy hot and cold drinks during the daytime
The Terrace: Unwind on the terrace overlooking the pool and the gardens, with snacks and drinks, daytime and evening
The Nuweiba Room: A dedicated conference room,
in the main building, away from the rest of the other activities with its own facilities
