Cairo by night (Duration approx. 3 hrs)                    

• Excursion by car to San El Hagar (Tanis) the Delta capital of Ramses II. Departure from Cairo in the early morning via the agricultural road passing by the town of Zagazig & the site of Bubastis where the cat was worshiped in ancient times.
• Visit of ruins of Tanis, then proceed to Ismailia on the Suez Canal for lunch.
• Return to Cairo by the desert road.

N.B.: Prior to the visit of Bubastis & Tanis, a special permission should to be obtained from the Department of Antiquities in Cairo.
